Girl's night was a bust. I personally had a great time, but I'm done trying to coordinate shit like that. I don't know why, but people will bitch bitch bitch about never getting together, constantly say OH I WANT TO SEE YOU WE SHOULD HANG OUT and talk all kinds of fluffy bullshit, but never actually follow through on it. Sad to me, really.
Maybe it is a bad weekend, maybe people have other things going on, but EVERY SINGLE TIME?
In my opinion, if people actually wanted to hang out, or if there was any truth to all that fluffy bullshit they spit, they would make an effort to attend the things that other people coordinate, or actually put forth some effort and coordinate things on their own.
I guess as I have gotten older this is something that I feel more and more intensely, especially lately, with all the different friends I have made throughout my life.
I hope no one takes offense. I've just been trying coordinate more things over the course of the past several months (group outings, bbq's, bday parties, etc.) and have been disappointed over and over again by the turnout.
