20 minutes of cardio this morning plus 5 minutes cool down. 1.24mi and 240 cals at the 20 min mark. 1.52mi and 295cals total. Newish hill program, resistance 2. Afterward, 3x15 crunches and obliques, and stretching.

Had a lot on my mind this morning, didn't concentrate on a hard workout. Resolutions made, though, and my head feels a lot clearer now.
