I learned how to drive a standard
I know to most of you this is nothing but it was awesome for me. I was so nervous and took it out on the road right away. I squealed my tires at first and ended up only stalling out twice at a light when I tried to take off in 3rd. Other than that I had it. I shifted up and down and in traffic and with merging and it was great.
I also got my exam for my CS class back. A-. I refuse to have one bad grade. I have all the motivation in the world to try and am doing my damnest. I think I wrote about my last good grade and how Rob n John n Justin took me out to 313. If not I'll update later. I have a massive paper and need to really double time my work to make this amazing.
I drove a standard again today, and a customers car no less. Not once did I stall. BAM! Took to that like a fish to water and it was awesome like what. No one believes me that that was my first time and how I picked it up so fast. It was with an awesome teacher and good guys. Mary you rock! I even switched gears based on how the engine sounded and she said thats not how people start but more how someone whose known a car for a while is. iuno. Its small and dumb but it just made me really happy.
