So it begins
Danny, who will be a sophomore in high school this coming year, is getting his braces pretty late in the game. I had mine from the end of my 7th grade year till the beginning of my ninth grade year. He will have his all through sophomore and junior years. It’s probably not that big of a deal; I knew plenty of kids who did. I am just glad at this point that they will be coming off in time for Senior portraits. We got his spacers put in this week; on Tuesday, we will have him fitted for bands, and then the following Tuesday, he will get all his appliances done. Can I just say that I am so glad the acne treatment we put him on has worked wonders on his complexion? At least we are not still trying to work around monthly dermatologist appointments, too. Unfortunately, the kid got his crooked teeth and bad skin from me. Sorry, Danny!
