It's Virginibus Puerisque, which I've never heard of, but for 50 cents, thought it worth the "risk". I'm absolutely loving the Sarah Waters stuff I've been picking up...I read Fingersmith in a day. Oddly enough, I was reading it at around the same time I was listening to the audiobook of "Our Mutual Friend" and in semi-conscious moments, kept expecting Bella and Lizzie to start getting it on.

If my dissertation doesn't work out I'll start writing Dickensian slash fic.
