I love the textures in this shot -- the soft red dress,the sun shining on her lovely bare legs -- contrasting with the hard curbstone.
I have looked around in Dmitry's extensive collection -- he identifies a number of his pretty models (I liked a set featuring Olga, particularly), but found no name for her.
