Goading former National Security Adviser John Bolton, this nasty piece on the editorial page says "nothing prevents him" from testifying in the rapidly-moving House impeachment investigation.
He's a pathetic chicken, despite lower-ranking NSC and State officials nailing Trumpsky and creating an honorable precedent -- taking serious personal risks to do so. Meanwhile, Bolton sits on his cowardly ass, waiting for his book royalties.
