KISS (keep it simple, stupid): San Diego Federal judge rules on separated immigrant children

Yesterday, a Fedeeal judge named Sabraw "cut to the chase" -- ordering immigration authorities to reunite ALL 2,000-odd separated children within a month -- or they will be in contempt of court.

Her ruling is elegantly simple: "The facts set forth before the Court portray reactive governance responses to address a chaotic circumstance of the Government's own making," Sabraw wrote. "They belie measured and ordered governance, which is central to the concept of due process enshrined in our Constitution."

That was succinct condemnation of the Trump regime: "a chaotic circumstance of the Government's own making,"
