G’morning, all! Last night, I nodded off after scribbling that I would return to “lostinscarlett” because it was such a delicious site. Well, I just did so -- promptly seeing THIS evocative piece there. It shows a view of an old city, shooting across Scarlett's inviting bosom (clothed, alas!), a work by an artist named Baldessari in a book called "Visionaire64." So, natch, I Googled, finding:

"In Henry Joost and Ariel Schulman's short film 'A Brief History of John Baldessari,' the world-renowned [sic] conceptual artist suggests that he will be best remembered as 'the guy who put dots over people's faces.'"

So now we know! And you gentle readers have my insatiable interest in Scarlett to thank for all that trivia.

scarlett, woohoo, art, smart
