"Friday Follow-up" -- week of February 15-21
Alas, there was only ONE post of mine this week that received ten comments or more from readers -- which has been my criterion for responses I thought worth sharing. In part, it's because I was busy and didn't post* on three days -- my bad! Anyway, here it is:

* Bizarrely, my "current position in [LJ's] Top Journals is: 403" -- notably better (that is, lower!) than the previous week, when I had over 150 comments. Makes me wonder again just HOW Livejournal figures out who is "Top" -- obviously a fancy algorhythm, similar to what Google so famously uses to rank-order its responses to search requests...
