As usual, Karen is trying out new looks in clothing and interesting formats. I'm not sure who the inset girlie is, though obviously the front/back view (a mirror, nominally) shows off the new bra style. (And matching hat...)
I particularly like the treatment of her face here -- moving a bit away from the Hillary Clinton look. And, evidently, we have a new fashion angle -- gloves! Like for driving, maybe?
Hmmm, well, I'm going to have to think about that a bit
