We've been chatting here about the new movie "Rush," a particularly satisfying re-creation of Formula One racing back in the mid-1970s. I'd replied to Gary's enthusiastic review about an hour ago, and just now was on Tumblr. Though mainly enjoying the gorgeous ladies, I chanced to look at their gizmo called a "Dashboard" (which shows photo-reblogs by other Tumblr members whom you have listed as "follows"). THERE, out of the blue, was an evocative shot of Ayrton Senna, a Brazilian racing champion whose horrible crash I happened to see on TV in 1994. Even though it was taken seven years earlier, seeing his photo tonight really saddened me. I Googled to be sure of my facts, then expanded the blogger's too-limited caption.
