Counseling today was good, if a little sad in its conclusion. Dealing with my issues of understanding, confidence, trust are thorny and it's made worse when you discover that many issues are interwoven with others causing the emotional equivalent of a big ball of yarn that you have to unravel and unpick a bit at time ( Read more... )
