fighting the good fight
iPod/iTunes trials are still annoying me. i'm gonna have to do a full reboot in a few days, just gotta buy the cds in order to do it and I'll be in business. I'm fine until then it's just annoying to go to the famous apple Shop twice and be told 2 different things by two different people, the one today looking like he was about 14 with a bad case of shaving-enhanced-acne.
he told me advice, it didn't work.
i also went to the letting agent to hand in a security deposit. after handing over the cheque all the girl behind the desk could say was "You're £50 short".
I went "Excuse me?"
"You're supposed to have a security deposite of £***, you're £50 short".
Breathing deeply "Yes, but the that is exactly 50% of the requested amount, miss e is providing the other half, what's the problem?"
*She grumbles into her beard*.
But i mean, seriously? WTF? I'd just handed over my end of the bill and there was no thankyou at all, all she could comment on was how i hadn't paid them enough. Christ.. sometimes I think I need to carry an AK-47 around with me just to prove a point. Shame I'd get arrested the first time I went into Burger King or Boots but to see if people treated me better would be an interesting experiment.
