All clear - all clear
i'm feeling a lot better. the NHS protocol is 48 hrs off work for decontamination. So today has been more of an "All-clear" day than anything else.
But I do feel a lot better, and the idea of killing myself today on a 10 hour shift did seriously not appeal.
