tonight while doing some sprints to prep for a PT test (gotta get that run-time down) I had both of my hamstrings lock up in terrible cramps that led to me doing a dirt dart impression right into the running track. it was like swan lake, cept all stumbly and falling.
it's the first time that I've been suprised by pain. Usually something hurts and I go, ow ow ow... wtf.
THIS time it was...... *pop* wtf? Ow ow OW OW OW OW! with a faceplant in there somewhere.
ugh, I'm getting old, the spirit is willing but the flesh is weak.
