I figured with all the politicking going down this week, I would hide away and get back into some culinary ass-kickery. The big question is whether I will be the ass-kicker or the ass-kickee. I figured I'd do something a little different this time, with the cheesecake conquered and the macaroni mastered. In fact, I've just stuffed a 5 pound brisket in a nice brine solution into my fridge, due to come out to be cooked in about 10 days.
You heard me right, kiddies.
Kosher-style corned beef.
