(no subject)
this morning i cant sleep. i have been having a hard time sleeping.. and having a few issues here and there.. for one i think i really pissed off one of my friends.. cause of my discusting mouth and additude. I think that maybe i should be thinking more about the feelings of others and not speak as freely as i normally do... i prolly does put people in tight situations.. i have been having this weird pain behind my left eye brow for a long while now.. i think its some sort of head or nasal infection.. but i think the stoping smoking is going to help..
today is Day 1 of the non smoking lifestyle i am trying to create for myself. i think my body and life will be alot better if i can manage that. i am not giving myself and props though for i dont think i can do it truley, but i will give it a hard try.. i am going to give it my all.
