Recs! - Merlin canon-era stories, and Festivids
Happy Monday! I come bearing recs. I've only made one haphazard pass through the Festivids master list, with many more vids to go, but no time to really do that until the weekend. So I'm going to throw down some random recs now. I rec things I like made about source I'm familiar with. There is nothing complicated about it. Meanwhile, glomp_fest is responsible for a bunch of Merlin canon-era stories and I am TICKLED PINK about that, so I also have to rec a few of those.

Trouble - Interview with the Vampire, Louis/Lestat. Wherein Taylor Swift speaks for Louis. Yes.
Tik Tok Tik Tok - Kiss Kiss Bang Bang. Just a thoroughly entertaining vid. There cannot be too many vids to this song, no matter what absolutedestiny says.
Quite the Right Team - Star Trek: The Next Generation, Data and Picard. A portrait of friendship.
Freedom at 21 - The White Queen. A stunning comparison between the White and Red queens. Amazing vid. 1000% better than the actual show.
Breath of Life - Wonder Woman (cartoon version). Nuff said.
Let Me Go - Brideshead Revisited (original PBS miniseries) - this vid gave me many feels of the nostalgic and Charles/Sebastian kind, but Julia was not left out.
Gasoline - Die Hard series. Because Britney and Bruce are a match made in heaven. That's not the only match in this vid, tho. This is clearly a slash vid. Well, it was clear to me, anyway. All of a sudden, I feel the need to go trawl the AO3. For reasons.
Precious - Interview with the Vampire; Louis, Lestat, Claudia. Poor Claudia.
Also, all five of these vids. I'm telling you, those Tudors vids will blow your mind.
