"Hey there, teenage Baltimore!" Corny Collins shouts energetically into the camera. "Don't touch that dial, cuz it's time for the Corny Collins show! Brought to you by Ultra Clutch hairspray!"
His grin stays plastered to his face as he starts into his dance routine. Until he realizes that there's no camera to smile for. No teenage Baltimore, no nicest kids in town dancing beside him.
Just an empty hotel lobby.
The smile fades a little as Corny realizes this is not the studio anymore. It's... it's somewhere he's never been, which makes him nervous. He smooths his hair back (though it doesn't need it) and straightens his suit and tie, before calling out a loud "HELLO?" to see if anyone will answer.
Typist: My will, she is weak. Corny Collins from Hairspray, taken post movie.
