She isn't cold anymore.
Mere moments ago, she is sure, she had been cold. Now, she stands in front of an unfamiliar structure, warm and dry, her feet on solid ground. So this was the afterlife. It was certainly different than she would have imagined.
Aeryn moves forward, cautiously, her hand moving automatically to the pulse pistol strapped to her leg. Opening the door slightly, she peers in, scanning for any obvious threats. Seeing nothing, she moves in, slowly, ready to pull her gun on the first person she sees.
