"His children are here." Lucy tells her, confidently, his children of course mean herself, Edmund, Susan and Peter. Her lip trembles some and she is struggling to be brave.
There is a brief pause as Jadis narrows her eyes at the familiar voice, and then she turns around slowly, a few drifts of snow blowing about in her wake.
"I see," she murmurs. She doesn't advance on Lucy quite yet, but her tone is menacing enough. "All four?"
And Lucy tightens and steps back. "Which Dwarf summoned you?" For it was, after all, the dwarfs who had spoke of calling back the White Witch when Caspian was on his way to the throne. "You were dead."
There is the sound of a sword being drawn and Caspian moves before Lucy, protectively. "You would do well to respect the rightful Queen of Narnia." He snarls some, chin held up with dignity.
