The day I helped to save saved the world from imminent doom and destruction.

*raises eyebrows* And how did you do that? That's a rather impressive statement - if it's true.

The Antichrist was supposed to destroy the world and cause the Apocalypse, right? But thanks to my ineptitude me, there was a little mix-up and he ended up neutral and growing up as a normal boy should. So, no end of the world. Easy as that.

Growing up as a normal boy should? From what I hear from certain wizards who shall not be named, their idea of that is send them to an abusive family so they won't know they're famous.

... Well, that's rubbish.

Adam grew up with loving parents and normal friends, which is exactly why he chose not to end the world.

Pity about some people's sense of what's right, eh?

Why would you want the world to be saved and all that anyway? After all, you are a demon...

That's what I'm trying to figure out. The Apocalypse was what I was supposed to be looking forward to and working towards, but -- then I discovered that I actually liked mortals and their sometimes inane ideas.

Most mortals - or immortals for that matter - aren't worth liking.

Yeah, true, but that's no reason to completely destroy them.

Are you sure? .... I mean, not every single person. We can keep a select few.
