Hypocrisy is a virtue

So, hey, I'm being a total hypocrite, but I'd like to say that when I'm a hypocrite, I don't just deal in petty, trivial little hypocrisies - I'm a hypocrite on a MAJOR SCALE. With that wonderfully ominous opening...
I know I always said I would never drop any of my characters on DF, and that if anyone asked, I would post for them, and would try to keep them as active and up to date as possible. But now I'm dropping more than half of them.
That means that the following list of characters are available to all and sundry:
Aouda Fogg (from Around the World in Eighty Days)
Apollo (from -- all the Greek stuff)
Baron Cyprien Montmollin (from Westmark)
Cedric Diggory (from Harry Potter)
Crope (from Wicked)
Edwin Drood (from The Mystery of Edwin Drood)
Ligur (from Good Omens)
Montparnasse (from Les Miserables)
Nancy (from Oliver Twist)
Sibyl Vane (from The Picture of Dorian Gray)
Sir Andrew Ffoulkes (from The Scarlet Pimpernel)
Zephon (from Paradise Lost)
...Yeah. I know I said I was quitting altogether. I find I'm not much good at the whole cutting the dead wood thing, I'll just make this a gradual process... >.> (If you don't know who this means is left, and if you care at all, whatever, comment or something, I still have about twelve.)
I'm really, really sorry to the people who are actually affected by this (I don't think there are that many, but I am kind of screwing over Suzanne, Florian, Cho, Tibbett, and all the thousands of people who ever interacted with Aouda--... right, but I'm serious about the first four.) You know how it is. And maybe now you'll get a Montmollin, or a Sir Andrew, or whoever, who'll actually play once in a while. Unlike me. I suck. Done now. XD
Also, for the most part, regarding those who are being dropped --- I would rather not give the journals out to whoever wants the character; I'd kind of like to keep some of them for rping in other things, or not formally at all, but anyway, I don't particularly want to give them up, some of them at least. If you want a character I've given up, and there's some particular reason you want the journal, just ask, I'll at least be nice about it even if I say no. I doubt the usernames are so amazing, though, that anyone would need mine! XD
Another thing. Hi, I was the not-very-sekrit player of Briseis and Scheherazade. Uh. ...But I'll keep them, too, at least for now. Okay. Anyway. Now it isn't secret anymore. Right.
