I still do have the evidence Mrs. Granger-Weasley spoke of in my possession.
I hope you are trying to prosecute for the assault itself, or in the least the kidnapping?

Admiral McKeon,
The case in question pertains only to what has been said by Miss Granger, which - if I understand things correctly - focus on the assault of Evan Rosier against one Armand St. Just. If there are other things you believe to be of importance, kindly share them via return owl.

I suppose it will soothe you that he was, at the very least, very sorry about having had that intention, last time we spoke.

Evan intended to break Armand. However... he asked me to talk to him, since... I have gone through something similar... and try to help him. I believe that he is honestly concerned for Armand's well being, and hopes for his recovery.
I also know that the damage done to St. Just was extensive, and I know what rape can do to one's mind.
I hope that I was of some sort of help...

Insofar as past situations would shed light on the character of the defendant, I believe this information might be taken into account. Also, it might help to establish a pattern or an intent. Kindly submit any relevant information here.

As for his character - well. Although I believed him rotten to the core, I have come to believe that there are redeeming traits in him. I won't tell you how I obtained that bit of intelligence, because I'm sure you're not interested in it.
I do not know whether it is relevant for you, but he has recently forsworn his allegiance to that self-proclaimed dark lord Voldemort.
I also don't know whether it matters any, but my son - the victim - has expressed his wish that the ...defendant be executed. I'd be okay with that; I'm just very much against the Dementor's Kiss.
