*ahem* Yes... Checking in again. I am pleased to see that people are taking my request to heart as this post was brought to my attention. It seems there are things afoot here that require dealing with most expeditiously.
Rather than process this case immediately and prepare it for judgement, I would like to invite any and all community members to share any further information they believe to be relevant in this case. All information is welcome, whether pertaining to events happening during his detention or people wishing to speak on behalf of the defendant or victim.
If no new information has been brought to my attention in 48 hours, I will see to it that this file is processed and that it is ready for sentencing within another 48 hours.
