Hi, I'm Easter...and well, I guess my name speaks for itself. Anyway, hello. *Holds up a plate of deviled eggs* Would anybody like one? If you don't like eggs, I have chicken and some salad, if you'd like some of that. Lemonade, too.

Typist: Easter, from American Gods!

your name speaks for itself? that's very clever of it. my name doesn't talk at all, that i know of, but i expect i wouldn't have lost it so easily -- or so much! -- if it did. i'm sure it would protest, at least ... i mean, unless it wanted to be lost. it might've been trying to escape, i suppose. i suppose it must not like me very much ... is that why it won't talk to me, then? *takes a deviled egg and nibbles, distracted* ... oh! thank you, m'lady. ^_^

typist: ... well, i'd like to say 'yay for american gods.' i don't know what he's talking about.

*Light laugh* Names are odd things. And you're welcome.

Typist: *Grin* Yay! ...Man I love Ros. He makes me laugh. *Fangirls Ros and typist*

oh, yes. even when they aren't trying to escape -- especially, even, because then they've got nowhere to hide how odd they are -- do they? it'd be odder if they could, really ... fancy your name trying to hide something from you ...! but they'd have to hide that, too, you know, or else you'd see the oddness of it straightaway, and then they wouldn't be hiding it. would they? and that'd be the end of that, surely. but ...

... *pause* i've forgotten what i was talking about. *takes another egg* these are quite good, you know.

typist: aww, you flatter us. if ros can make one person laugh ... then maybe it's okay that he makes absolutely no sense. *shrugs?*

*Laugh* It's alright. And thank you, I did try my best with them!

Typist: I think it works. It's always fun reading his comments, though.

i've never had anything like it! though, i've never had anything to write home about ... and i think i might've had a bit too much sugar. *seriously* do you ever make cakes?

Sometimes. I think I could find some if you'd like.

well, i don't need a cake ... my friend does. or, well -- i need to make him a cake, because. because i love him. platonically, i mean. and i haven't figured out eternal life yet.

*perhaps a bit confused* but, what i might need is a recipe -- i'm told things are a bit less likely to catch on fire, that way. have you got one?

Oh, okay. *Rummages though a basket and hands over a piece of paper* How's this?

*brightens* it looks all right to me. as a recipe, i mean -- though it's nice paper, too, isn't it? i mean, as paper. um. *hopefully* can i borrow it, then?
