So there is a sign in the main room, with a semi-scowling knight nearby. The spelling is creative, but it says roughly:

Telemakos stands in front of the sign, frowning with concentration in an effort to pick some of it, any of it, out. On the other hand, Kay probably doesn't want him anyway. He only has one arm.

Kay notices his waffling, and says "If you want food, you can do something. You can pick berries, if you know plants, or help in the kitchen if not."

He's so startled he laughs. "I can hunt."

"Hunt then. I'll put you on the schedule. Can you read, or you need someone to tell when it's your turn?" This gruff, but not purposely an insult. He's used to most people not reading, or reading poorly.

"Not in British, lord."

"Alright. I'll find you, then."

[thesunbird]

"I and Athena are often with Mordred," obstinately using no title with the gentleman in question. "If you look for me and I am not in my place, we are there."

"Ah, well. I'll be by."

He nods, with a balance and a royal bearing not immediately appreciable.
