A request
Cecy has posted a polite note on the bulletin board. (Being a rather smart young woman and knowing the habits of magicians, she also posts a copy on the door of library.) After going through the required formalities of her day, although she attempts to keep them to a minimum, it simply states:
Would any experienced practitioners of the magical arts please be so good as to contact me at your earliest possible convenience? I will be quite happy to talk with someone regarding the continuation of my magical studies, which were cut rather short following my removal to this mansion. I can be found in the small sitting room near the library.

Should anyone answer her summons, she is indeed in the room mentioned in the letter, looking quite engaged in her reading. But it is a book of fashion, not magic and she is, quite frankly, bored almost to death.
