(no subject)
Er, hallo. I must say this is a really strange way to meet people, but my typists insists I join, says it will build character or some such rot. None of it true, either, I expect. I'm not sure why I have a typist, as I believe I am perfectly capable of typing by myself- more so than Newt, anyway.
I'm Anathema Device, by the way. Nearly forgot to mention. Don't you dare laugh at my name, either, I've had it for nineteen years and it hasn't posed a problem so if you see one, you can just tell me, right?
(This is strange, really, but I guess I've had weirder. Case in point- those bike repairman blokes nearly killing me. And my bike was never quite the same, either.)
From the typist: I'm afraid I've not made the best first impression of myself, especially to those in the chat about half an hour ago... kind of popped in and out randomly, and, it seemed, in the midst of what could have been an important conversation. I sincerely beg pardon. In any case, Anathema'd be from Good Omens, and I see she's not alone. :)
