Marriage and all that good stuff
Okay, so, what I've been noticing lately with my group of friends and/or their friends is everyone is frickin' getting hitched! AND/OR pregnant! and/or are talking about marriage and know it's going to happen because...well, you just can tell.
I don't know why this upsets me so. Maybe because..everyone seems happy to be with whomever they are with. It may just be jealousy too. Hah, I just ended my relationship with someone-- and am finally coming to the realization that it will NOT work out. So, my happy ending with that person will not happen. -shrugs- That's fine, I'm okay with that now. (kinda, haha.) Anyways, I think it may be jealousy-- 'cause you seem some of these people together and you're just like in awe. Wow. So happy and..just..complete. I honestly thought I would never see that with many people. You know? It's something of the movies to be completely happy with someone.
And you know seeing one couple do it you'd think that's all you'd see. Natalia and Elijah were the only match I thought I'd see happy together in marriage and all that crap. But now you've got Roshi and Jae (with baby born) that are married and well, they seem pretty happy. Stressed, but happy. Then there's Shantil and Chris (with her two sons) that are just completely and utterly happy with each other and you can completely see it. Then there's another one of my friends named Jessica with her boyfriend..and she's pregnant and just got engaged.
...wtf.
Maybe I'm just blowing it out of proportion and these relationships won't last. But how it seems they're going-- well, it seems nice and steady.
I'm happy for those people though. I guess I just eventually want something like that. ^_^
Yeah, yay for marriages! I like going to them, anyways. Dressing up and crap. It's fun. ^_^;;
