I am massively ashamed of my size at the moment.
I'd love to say I have no idea how I became this big,
but that would be a lie.
The university lifestyle: drinking more nights of the week than not,
cheesy chips, and kebabs on the way home.
Living on 60p pizzas, and carbonara, and tinned rubbish.
And here I am.
A year ago today I weighed 112lbs
and right now, I weigh 128lbs
That's a disgusting increase,
plus for my frame 128lbs is fairly large :/
But, No starvation, No purging, Not this time.
I will eat healthily, I will exercise, and I will get back to 112lbs.
My 20th Birthday is on the 29th of April and I intend to be 116lbs for it.
I know thats not necessarily a healthy rate of weight loss.
12 in 5 weeks. or 12lbs in 25days so 0.34 of a pound per day.
But, I'm hoping some of the weight is water weight, plus going from takeaway and alcohol to clean eating, the initial weight loss should be fairly speedy.
I will track what I eat every day on The Daily Plate :)
and I'll follow Roxy's nutrition and exercise advice :)
