New Goals:

My whole family, the family that lives on deep fried chips, onion rings, garlic butter kievs and chocolate, have begun to eat cleanly, and healthily. Even though I want to be healthy, and recover, and stop worrying about my weight, I have begun to eat horribly unhealthy and fatty foods.

This conclusion is not what I wanted, or what I was looking for.

I wanted to be healthy, and happy, with a nice healthy body, that maintains a stable and healthy weight.

so when I wake up tomorrow I will eat healthily, with allowed treats, and big meals, but clean foods in general.

I rarely eat breakfast so tomorrow will be no different, for lunch I'm having a chicken breast, a small portion of mash potato, and peas and carrots. For dinner I'll have a sandwich on brown bread, and a cup of tea. so I should finish on slightly less than a thousand calories.

I also want to write four pages of my essay tomorrow, and shower, pluck my eyebrows (somehow, lol i'm shit at it), do my makeup all nice, and practise driving my new car (it's an automatic, and i'm used to manual >.<)

I will achieve what I want to, and I will be happy and healthy.
