There's Always A Brand New Day
So I just checked out the AHL scoring from yesterday and - this was possibly one of the best nights in the AHL and NHL for someone like me. The New Jersey Devils won against the Ottawa Senators to take over the Atlantic Division and the New York Rangers won again the Buffalo Sabres for the NHL. In the AHL the Milwaukee Admirals beat the Grand Rapids Griffins (seriously, there's no losing a match up between two teams you like, but I like the Admirals more, so yay & O'Reilly with five points for the night!), the Chicago Wolves took down the Rockford Ice Hogs (with the Blackhawks calling up their goalies, whose surprised?), the Hartford Wolf Pack got six goals again to beat the Portland Pirates (good job, Parenteau, with two goals and an assist) and the Lowell Devils won their second home game in a row to beat off the ...name I can't say Monarchs. *sighs happily* Can this happen every day? Well - except for the Wildcats losing to OSU with a second left in the game because they were ready for OT and not playing the end seconds... but they won Friday with another shutout for Stewart! PMS Night was spectacular with Aubree's Pizza and Sydney White, which you all should watch. Unless you're like Adrienne and Amanda Bynes makes you have digestive issues (I think she's great). Though I think that some of the music from it is why I'm craving pop songs that might make me cringe normally...
Kid just called to inform me that he and his girlfriend might make a journey over here from Munising to hang out - she's (her name is Liz, so yes, I know her name) - and I think that would be pretty cool. I'd like to meet this girl and she's never seen Marquette due to being from Wisconsin and all that. If they do come then she wouldn't have trouble with the snow that's already started to fall - Wisconsinites know how to handle real winter after all. Don't freak out with a layer of snow or ice. Either way it'll be a good day; dreams don't ruin days.
Cute Puppies Here <-- Check it if you haven't already, because puppies make the world a better place. Just looking at them can make all of the bad things that might bother you vanish in a puff of smoke. Sure, you have to endure other pictures there too, but the puppies take up most of it.
