Do I Assume I Could Fly
Red Wings beat the Wild last night in overtime after an amazing third-period rally where Cleary scored to tie with about a minute left, then Lebda netted the game winner less than two minutes in. We were watching it with a couple of Wild fans, so they were disappointed, but it was agreed all around that it was a great game in which both goalies made some amazing saves. Unfortunately, the Rangers lost to the Kings... some good teams lose to them, I don't get it. They are literally the worst in the league...
I got up this morning, dressed and went to work. At some point last night I apparently opened my window, because when I came back in there was a fine layer of white snow on my very blue comforter. Uhhh... wow, I'm a genius. One bad thing of getting up this early for work (other than the loss of sleep) is that my stomach thinks it's around lunchtime so it starts growling and I don't get to eat until around one. My stomach is lovely considerate like that.
Oh - I got rid of a bunch of my icons, and by a bunch, I mean around forty-eight. I felt that it was time for a switch... though my favorites and others I just couldn't part with will remain. But no need to worry about randomly seeing hockey or other icons here - I have another place to post those so as not to creature clutter on the friends page.
