But no NaNo for me this year. I know it'll be a washout, so I won't bother.
All good distractions that will keep me from freaking out over whether my Giftee will like what I wrote. I solemnly swear not to look at my piece and cringe over the fact that I could have changed this and moved that, tweaked this and scrapped that.
