Books for the Year
At the start of this year, I decided to keep track of the books I read. I actually set it up as a private journal entry on 01-01, and it was easy to go back to it each time I needed to add another title.
Didn't read quite as many as I thought I might be able to get in (was hoping for 50), and I only got to 40 because Jody suggested I should add in the four graphic novels I had read over the year (34-37). However, I did subscribe to Time, Newsweek, and Money for most of this year, and they took a large chunk of reading time. I'm also surprised here at the end of the year to see that every book I read was something new.
Technically, there's two more days for this year to read. However, today is given to sewing and tomorrow is a day for hanging out with some friends. I also read the last three books on the list over the past few days, and I'm booked out. I'll have to do this again for 2007 and see if I can't make 50. :)
