So I'm back at the Tourist Information Centre, dashing through emails and spam - just deleting anything not terribly important off the bat, because there's no time to deal with that on holidays. Yesterday I went hopping about the museums here - I got to the Art Galery and saw 10 of Da Vinci's drawings. Even the doodles that this man did are

To answer the first of your 2 questions - yes, I've had fish & chips twice now. The last time was at a pub called the Cock and Bull on the way back from Slain Castle (which was apparantly the inspiration for Dracula).

And it has honestly been the best fish and chips I've had in my life. The fish wasn't greasy and it basicly fell apart just touching it, the chips were big wedges and had been baked so they were lovely, and it also had minted mushey peas, which I have to say is far better than it sounds. It'd look more like baby food, but tastes fantastic especially with the fish.
