People with gif making skills! Help?

Isn't it pretty? It's from my BBB art by theopteryx.
But! I have a problem. It works fine here, but when I try to use it as an icon, it stays frozen on one image all the time. Anybody know why? I really was proud of myself and now LJ won't let me use it! And it's so pretty!
ETA: It works now! I had to get it under 40kb, so it is now 90X90 pixels rather than 100. Thank you annemaris
