I almost cried at work cause I felt loved and appreciated.  For the past few weeks I've been down and blah and felt very unappreciated, then today happened.

That's how I felt the entire day.  No real reason, I was just down.  Unhappy.  If we want to be medical I felt like I was walking around with a flat affect.

Busy, busy, busy.

First of all I had to cover the outpatient diabetes clinic.  I was informed weeks ago that I had to do it.  There was some confusion between me and the other dietitian I was relieving.  I thought the clinic starts at 10am which I thought was good cause that meant I had an hour and a half to see my inpatients.  Turns out clinic ( Read more... )
