all the following are stupid or incorrect. often both.triremeFebruary 23 2005, 06:55:40 UTC
"a literal and moral levels"
"paints deep implications... in multiple forms of understanding"
"an angel... which"
"the literal level of the plot is simply that of an angel..."
"the theological principle of salvation, the purpose of the journey, only through gods grace is the foundation in relaizing correlation from religious ideology to the literal movement of the story" -- now this one doesn't even make sense. verbs are neccesary.
"virgil, a paradigm of secular enlightenment and the apex..." the thesaurus will get you nowhere. and if you didn't use one in this case, then a dictionary would have gotten you everywhere.
"incapable of saving or assuaging the pilgrim IN..."
"both morally and theological..."
i hope you turned this in already, because anyone who thinks he can fool people by saying "i forgot to make it private.. i only posted it so i could print it at school :P" deserves an F.
point being that you could have made it private after your first ass-kissing session ("beautifully written. you make me want to read dante &c."), but you're obviously proud of it and want to extract as much from your ignorant friends as possible by way of flattery.
anyway i'm not sure what you're implying. should i be nicer to you because you don't have a printer? is THAT why all those people keep verbally fellating you? are you afraid of the real world?
actually coming to lj and going out of your way to critique my crap essay, taking bold assumptions about me, and then asking me if i fear the real world, and now trying to belittle me by saying i live in a fantasy world!: starting shit
i don't know what your deal is, but you don't make any sense to me. if i were in rome, the last thing i'd be doing is giving people i don't know crap. go get a life and live it. there must be an assload of things you could do and see, but you decide to get on a computer and do this?
