oh god, mr. james hunnicutt got hotter. i didn't think it was possible, but goddamn. i hope that we do go get sushi, except that i will just drool over him. i really didn't think i'd see him tonight. i didn't expect to see jack lloyd either, though.

the people here are good people. it was nice to talk to them. i got to talk to jon, donna, ryan, jack, and jim (briefly).
so far, i've been here about 14 hours and i already feel better because i'm out of the city. i just needed a break.
in other news:
built to spill was great. it was also very hot and very tiring. you don't realize how amazing doug marsch is until you see him play, except that the only problem with that is that he gets carried away and the song lasts 8 minutes longer than it should. it was really good, though. i am glad they played 'center of the universe,' as that was probably the first built to spill song i ever heard. i was holding out for that weather song, but no go. which is cool.
