So, Jan and I left Hollywood, and flew into New York City to spend a few days with my friends Mog and Chris and their dog HB who moved to Brooklyn earlier this year.

Yes, as far as I'm concerned this is the other one. For work, I do a lot of travel around the NSW Central Coast, so I have a passing familiarity with the Newcastle in that area, especially its suburb Gateshead. And thus I was moderately amused to find that the Tyne River separates Newcastle-upon-Tyne from a place also called Gateshead. British ( Read more... )
