Doctor Who vid - Open Your Eyes - Eleventh Doctor, Amy Pond & Rory Williams
New vid. Yes, yes, everyone who knows me well can pick their jaws up off the floor.
The good news is that I think I've MOSTLY mastered Final Cut Express. Still having some weird issues with sound distortion, but I think they're mostly conquered now. And if there was an overly complicated and messy way to do anything, I think I did it with this vid.
But hey, new vid! And it's for Doctor Who - my oldest fandom (yes, from early childhood), but I've never vidded anything for it before.

Summary: Well, to basically quote TV Tropes recap of The Big Bang: "The bonds between Rory, Amy and the Doctor generate Heartwarming like it was going out of fashion... Earn Your Happy Ending. And how!"
The bad news is that YouTube once again hates me and despite several attempts over the past 48 hours, I still haven't been able to upload it there. And I also had a lot of trouble uploading copies to various file sharing sites. But eventually (using my sister's internet connection rather than my own) I've managed to upload 2 version s (avi and ipod) to sendspace.
EDIT: So, it seems that I have to travel to the other side of the world to get YouTube to co-operate with me. I'm in a wifi cafe in London and now YouTube finally decides to let me upload the vid. Okay. Why not. So here it is.
EDIT: Managed to tidy up the sound a bit more (by running it through iMovie and fiddling around a bit) so the new sendspace megaupload links are156.68MB DivX avi, 161.04MB Quicktime mov and 38.76MB m4v for ipod/iphone
