Random thoughts...
Haven't been here in a while so I though I give all of you a little update on my life at the moment...
Two main reasons that I have been busy as of late are due to my current job as well as my Xbox 360.Work, so far, is actually pretty easy going at the moment.I work for the Marriott hotel chain as a Guest Services Rep in their Marriott Rewards Guest Services center.I get paid $10.50 a hour just to take phone calls from Marriott rewards members.I have been working overtime as of late since I get paid double and for every 10 hours I work, I get a $50 dollar American Express gift certificate.I've worked 20 hours of overtime these past two weeks so I should have a pretty fat paycheck as well as a couple of 50 dollar gift certs to use at the mall.Can't wait to pick up my new 60 GB iPod this Thursday.^__^
The free time that I have outside of work I have been spending on my new acquired Xbox 360.I finally got my hands on it(ironically enough)on Christmas eve.I just got Condemned: Criminal Origins, Project Gotham Racing 3, Call Of Duty 2, Quake 4, Dead Or Alive 4, and Madden 06.God, I love it.The ability to stream my music off of my computer to my 360, downloading game demos to the HDD, and playing with all of my friends online is quite fun.
Other than that, my anti-depressant meds are doing their job.I rarely feel depressed but I still get lonly and bored as hell once in a while when I am at home by myself.Other than that, it's all good.
As for the future...
After a lot of though and the access to a rather large bank account at the moment, I have decided to attend E3 this May.I am right now in the process of booking the hotel room at the Los Angeles Downtown Marriott for $50 bucks a night (working for Marriott has it perks) as well as purchasing airline tickets too.So far, my friends Mike, Doug, Floyd, Bobo, Jon, and myself will be kicking it at E3 during the day and painting the town red by nightfall.It should be sweet...
And I for one cannot wait till then.
