Lessons learned today
- While cooking rice in beer instead of water sounds like a good idea, it is not.
- Apple/honey wine (aka cyser) tastes weird at first, but after the third or fourth sip, tastes great. That said, it does need time to age. Should be ready for summer, where it would be best served chilled.
- Chicken tastes great when rubbed with curry powder.
- It's a lot easier to say you're going to make pasta sauce than to actually make it.

If an Asian person gets dizzy, are they disoriented?
