Those meetings I was dreading yesterday?  Smooth as glass.  I think part of the situation was simply that people want to feel that something is happening, and it is.  The process is slow and, by necessity, drawn out over the course of a few months, but saying that 'I think we'll have some firm decisions to deal with by June' is not a bad thing, ( Read more... )
