Hmmm
As a joke today, I brought up the idea of a "LIST OF THINGS THAT I WANT TO DO IN HIGH SCHOOL".
So. Hell. Let's write some stuff down that I really wanted out of High School.
1. Varsity Baseball
2. Be in a Band
2a. Record a CD
2c. Play a legit show
3. Have an inseperable best friend
4. Play in the Variety Show
5. Have a special somebody
6. Win a Senior Supurlative
7. Be somebody
8. Leave an impression
9. Have a car
10. Get into a good college
11. Be a legitimate Wrestler
We never get everything we want. In baseball, you can fail 7 out of 10 times and be one of the best hitters in the game. I am fortunate to have had the opportunity to accomplish a lot of the things on this list. Most people don't have 8 of these opportunities in their lives.
On Thursday and Friday I will accomplish number 4 and on Saturday I will get 2c. These are huge for me. This is something I have always wanted to do and I am a bit nervous about it. I'm so lucky to have the support and love from friends and family that I often take for granted.
I am happier evey day. This is the attitude my journal should end with. Maybe things really DO work out in the end...
