Creative Writing
I found a few of my entries that I wrote during my creative writing class, where we just got a topic out of a hat (literally) and had to write about it for 5 minutes.
Batman
The idea of comic book superheroes is a good one, but they always gain their powers through extraordinary circumstances. I have never been an alien from Krypton, nor have I been bitten by a mutant radioactive spider. I am just a regular person.
Just like Batman.
I wonder if anyone in this room right now could be Batman. Looking around, I don't see anyone who fits the bill, but it's important to remember that Batman would want to remain inconspicuous. In fact, the BEST way for Batman to hide his true identity would be to go through psychotherapy so that even HE did not know he was Batman, and then also have a sex change. Basically what I'm saying is pretty much that... I AM BATMAN.
That's a clever idea, really, because now no one knows my identity, not even me, so there is no danger. I will just have to somehow erase everyone's memories after I read this out-loud in class.
