You knew it was coming. I finished the book, and I want to discuss it with all of you. I want to see what you think. I want us to rant and rave about the things we hated, and I want us to sing the praises of those things we enjoyed

I wish they would have killed Percy instead of one of the twins. And maybe brutally scar up Seamus or Dean instead of Bill. Leave my Weasley boys alone

Percy had to redeem himself. He needed more than one fight to do that. If he'd died, there would still have been a lot of people hating him for being a bastard. He lived, and some people might wish he died instead, but it can be assumed that he continued to turn his life around and redeem himself while he's alive.
Heh. We can't have everything we want. If we did, Sirius wouldn't have died.
She can never answer all the questions in the book, but there's a lot that I wish she'd done better with. She's purposefully leaving a lot open for fanfic writers, though, since I know it means things will sell more in the end. As for answering questions, maybe they will be answered. She's still considering that "what happens to EVERYONE in the HP universe" encyclopedia.
Like Colin or not, he still shouldn't have been there to die, you know? He was muggle born. He shouldn't have been able to set foot in the school

The idea of him falling for a daughter of Draco is quite interesting, but I'm not sure if he could have gotten through the aftermath, gotten married, and had a kid that was close enough in age to Teddy.
Ah, gotcha. I'm surprised anyone let him show up, but sure, that makes more sense at least... >.>
This is true, but given that he would've probably already had a bride chosen (for the whole blood marrying pure and all), I can see him having a kid two years after Teddy's born, or even one year. ::shrugs:: But whatever. It was just a thought. ;op
